Policies

Cancellations

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. I will reach out the day before a scheduled session to confirm the appointment, but you can still cancel without a fee up to 2 hours before the appointment time. After that, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

Payments

I accept payments in the following formats: cash, Zelle, and Venmo. I do not currently accept payments via credit or debit card.

In-Home Sessions

Space requirements: I need a space large enough to fit my table and for me, so roughly 10x6 feet of space. 

Timing: try to arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time so that I can set up my table and perform a brief intake. 

Session Duration

My sessions are hands-on for the full scheduled time instead of the spa standard hands-on time. That means for a 60 minute session, the massage is a full 60 minutes instead of the spa standard 50 or 55 minutes.
